A Pokemon pre-release kit contains: 

A ready-to-play 40-card deck plus four Temporal Forces boosters to potentially integrate useful cards into it.

Decks are comprised two of four possible groups of cards, including an alternate-art promotional card, as well as 17 basic energy cards and an assortment of trainer cards. 

On the day: 

Each player will get: 

A kit for the event, plus an extra booster pack to use in deckbuilding and each player will put 2 boosters into the prise pool to be distributed amongst the best performing players of the day!

with a number of swiss rounds based on turnout. Best of 1: 30 mins
