If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, you can return the product to us for a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product that you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging where appropriate. Please make sure you keep your receipt where one is given.

If your product is an event ticket for an event that has not yet taken place, we will be happy to issue a refund at least 30 days in advance of the event taking place.

If your order was a preorder, including but not limited to Kickstarter or advance orders of anticipated restocks, we may charge a cancellation fee in order to cover our expenses. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
